Trap use pay attention to what matters

Trap cleaning piping equipment before installation, remove impurities, so as to avoid blockage. The steam trap shall be installed in the bottom of the steam equipment and as far as possible for easy drainage. Steam trap shall be installed in the place where is easy to repair, and centralized arrangement as far as possible, to facilitate management. The steam heating equipment should be separate installation steam trap. The bypass pipe installation shall not be lower than the steam trap. Trap when installation, pay attention to the direction arrow on the valve body and piping medium flow direction should be consistent. Steam trap import and export of pipeline of medium flow direction should be 4% of the downward slope, and the pipe nominal menstruation is not less than nominal menstruation of steam trap. A steam trap drainage capacity can't meet the requirements, can be installed in parallel for steam trap. Where possible to freeze, must adopt anti-freezing measures.
