The causes of the action of regulating valve failure

Reasons may be: there is no air or air pressure is insufficient; Actuator fault leakage; Regulating valve without output signal; Gas supply pipe rupture, deformation, joint damage leakage; Flow direction is not correct, with too much force, make the valve door falls off, take off the rod; High temperature valve is stuck, the damage. Solution: check the gas source, the collapse of the check valve door, reconfigure the clearance between the shaft and shaft sleeve, recalibration direction, to repair.
