Pneumatic valve sealing surface is the key component of pneumatic valves, it produces the leaking situation has the following kinds, namely the sealing surface of leakage and sealing ring joint leakage, shut off the leak and seal face between embedded foreign material leakage.
1。 Leakage of sealing surface, the reasons are as follows:
1) The joint of pneumatic valve stem and shut down a centers are suspended, deviation and wear.
2） Pneumatic valve rod bending or assembly is not straight, make close a skewed or do not meet.
3） As to cut off the pneumatic valve throttle used pneumatic valve, pressure relief valve, sealing surface erosion and damage.
4） Pneumatic valve has to full closed position, continue to apply too closing force, including long not proper use of leverage, seal face crushed, extrusion deformation.
5） Sealing surface wear is too large, resulting in drop phenomenon, namely seal cannot be closed well.
2. The prevention and elimination method:
1) Pneumatic valve stem and shut down a joint shall comply with the design requirements, does not conform to the requirements of the centers, should undertake nap, centers should have a certain gap, especially the pneumatic valve stem shoulder and close the axial clearance of not less than 2 mm.
2） Pneumatic valve rod bending should be straightening, pneumatic valve stem, pneumatic stem nut, closed parts, pneumatic seat after adjustment, they should be on a common axis.
3） Be cut off the pneumatic valve with pneumatic valves, and are not allowed to use decompression of throttling pneumatic valve, pneumatic valve, close the pieces should be in the fully open or close position, if you need to adjust the medium flow rate and pressure, should set the throttle alone pneumatic valve and pressure relief valve.
4） Pneumatic valves open and close before should comply with the 'the operation of the pneumatic valves' section, pneumatic valve closing force properly, the handwheel is less than 320 mm in diameter, only allows one operator, equal to or greater than 320 mm diameter of the handwheel, allowing two people operation, or a person with less than 500 mm F wrench operation.
5） Cover have dropped, should be adjusted, the sealing surface, to adjust cannot seal face should be replaced.
