Some of the rules that the valve repair

Valves are essential components in the medium system, the performance of feasible and stability directly affect the efficiency of production and safety.
Due to work reasons, medium, and valve sealing surface as the switching frequency and time, medium flow wear and corrosion, impurity extrusion and other reasons will have different degree of wear and tear.
So do inspection and maintenance regularly to the valve, the following are some of the valve repair regulation:
1. Removed from the equipment to repair the valve, to use steel word on the valve and is connected with the valve flange, good repair number, and record the valve working medium, working pressure and temperature, as the basis of repair materials and inspection after the installation of tags.
2. Repair valve when asked in a clean environment. First clean the valve surface. Check the appearance of damage, and make records. Then remove valve parts, clean with kerosene ( Don't use gasoline cleansing, lest cause fire) , check the parts damage, and make records.
3. Strength test on the valve bonnet. Such as high pressure valve, but also for nondestructive flaw detection, such as ultrasonic testing, X-ray flaw detection.
4. The sealing ring can examine the red lead powder, valve seat, valve plate ( Valve handle) The alignment. Check whether the valve stem is bent, ever corrosion, wear thread. Check the valve stem nut wear degree.
5. To deal with check to the problem. Body repair welding defects. Welding or update the sealing ring. Alignment or replace the valve stem. Repair of all can repair parts; Can't repair the replacement.
6. Reassemble the valve, gasket, packing to change entirely.
7. After the assembled valve strength test and leakage test. Compare the test results and the performance parameters of the valve factory, meet the requirements, warehousing and set aside.
