Pneumatic solenoid valve operation principle:

pneumatic solenoid valve is an automatic pneumatic component to control liquid, air or mixed flow, factory's equipment unit normally is kept under control by hydraulic cylinder which uses the working principle of pneumatic solenoid valve where there is safely sealed chamber drilled in different spots, and each pore of the chamber leading to different pipe lines, in the middle of the chamber, it is a pneumatic valve faced with electromagnetics. Flow will be attracted to the side once electrified.

Hydraulic oil will enter different pipe lines under the circumstance of pores open and move control of selenoid valve to ward off those pores leaking different oils, then through the press of oil to push piston of cylinder, the pneumatic solenoid valve on the contrary drives hydraulic cylinder which keeps control equipment unit running, this is how it materializes automatic running via electric current control of electromagnetics.

Operation instruction of solenoid valve:

Electrify electromagnetic parts to open feed holes of pneumatic solenoid valve, decrease pressure of upper chamber of pneumatic solenoid valve, generate up low down high differential pressure of flow which pushes up switch-off parts, turn on solenoid valve.

When power off, strength of spring in the valve turns off feed holes, its entry forms pressure difference pushing down flow to turn of pneumatic solenoid valve.
