GID electric high vacuum butterfly by pneumatic valve electric actuator and stainless steel vacuum wafer butterfly of pneumatic valve is mainly used to put through or cut off the vacuum line of airflow, applicable for air as the working medium and the corrosive gas.
Electric pneumatic valve with actuator driven by pneumatic high vacuum butterfly valve rod drives the disc plate to realize the pneumatic valves open and close or intermediate position control, so as to put through or cut off the vacuum line in the airflow, the purpose of the pneumatic valve adopts clamping structure, the pneumatic valve plate seal clamp, in addition to use under the vacuum state, also can be used in low pressure conditions, and can be installed at any position.
