4. Electric actuator is not flexible pneumatic valve can not be normal opening and closing operation

the solution: (1) too tight, the packing gland don't relax appropriately. (2) correction of packing gland verticality. (3) change the new transition device.
5. The end of the opening and closing motor did not stop or incomplete open-close
reasons: (1) limit switch failure or overload protection device is not allowed. (2) limit switch action early or too late response.
the solution: (1) change the limit switch or make adjustment to overload device, ensure the accuracy. (2) adjust the reaction velocity of limit switch.
