In various industries with high temperature or large amount of flue gas such as smelting plan, flue gas ash removal, refuse incinerator, cement plant etc, diaphragm repair kit is suitable for dust collector equipments, in particular for reverse pulse jet filter cleaning and its variations, including bag filters, cartridge filters and envelope filters, ceramic filters and sintered metal fibre filters. For example, diaphragm repair kit is used in pulse bag filter and installed in pulse jet valve to block compressed air pipeline.

Diaphragm repair kit is also used in pneumatic diaphragm pumps in environmental protection, water treatment, chemical industry, food, pharmaceutical, petroleum, petroleum, spraying machinery and other fields.
As the diaphragm is a flexible mechanism which needs to open and close frequently to control the air flow, so it requires good flexibility and as high sealing as possible. We use a variety of high quality materials such as PTFE, TPE, Buna, Viton, Nitrile, Santoprene, Fluoroelastomer to meet the above requirements, while adapting to different environmental requirements.
The working medium, temperature and pressure range of diaphragm are affected by the material. PTFE use features: Acid and alkali resistantce, thermostability, resistance to oxidation,  temperature range -190～250℃, pressure range -0.1～6.4Mpa. Santoprene advantage: Good corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, suitable for sewage. Nitrile is an excellent general purpose rubber, suitable for water, gas, oil fluids.
